Green Schools Programme –St.Colman’s N.S. is a registered Green School. Every effort is made to reduce refuse going to landfill. Staff and pupils are encouraged to reduce, reuse and to recycle as much as possible. The Green School Committee manage strategies to help us achieve this. A General School Assembly is held each month. Each class is given an opportunity to present to the school some aspect of the curriculum they have studied. The Principal usually talks to the pupils on a particular topic such as school rules, showing respect for others etc.
